Did the arresting officer observe you while you were driving or did he only arrive or see you after the auto was stopped or the accident happened?

Were you advised of your right to have your own test done at your own expense. 

Did a police officer tell you to not burp and to "keep blowing" during the breath test?

Were you properly stopped by the officer?   If there was no reasonable suspicion of a crime the stop and the subsequent DUI charge are improper. 

Do you suffer from any special diet, injury or illnesses or were you involved in an accident that effected you.

Was the Field Sobriety test done properly?

Did the officer mistake diet, lack of food, medication, illness, nervousness or exhaustion for intoxication?

Was the officer properly trained or did the officer fail to properly observe you prior to the breath test?

Were you stopped as a part of a checkpoint stop? 

Did the officer tell you that your license would automatically be suspended if you refused a breath test?

Were you advised of your right to have your own test done at your own expense. 

Were you stopped in the proper jurisdiction of the officer? 

Were there other witnesses to the stop?
